  1. Ensure that the Chief Registrar's Office  provides efficient and effective support services to stakeholders and interested parties in respect  of financial, human resource and management services;
  2. Ensure that the services and facilities of the Judges as stipulated under the Judges' Remuneration Act, 1971 [Act 45] and current regulations are implemented according to the specified periods;
  3. Ensure that the Chief Registrar’s Office  filling of posts achieve at least 90 per cent at all  times;
  4. Implement and process for acting of posts/ promotion among the Management and Professional Group and Support Group within three (3) months;
  5. Ensure that the services of the officers and Support Groups such as appointment confirmation, confirmation in office, retirement and employment are processed within one (1) month;
  6. Provide and implement courses / training / seminars / workshops for all categories of officers / staff throughout the year;
  7. Processing and clearing of disciplinary cases within four (4) months from prima facie approval;
  8. Ensure that update of HRMIS information system is at least 95 per cent at all times;
  9. Ensure that the annual Operating Expenditure Budget and Liability is set out in March annually and the warrants are distributed to the Responsibility Center (PTJ) one (1) week after the General Warrant is received;
  10. Ensure that proceeds and deposits can be collected at least 90 percent at the end of each year;
  11. Ensure that all bills and claims are properly paid within 14 days from the date of receipt of the documents;
  12. Ensure that all Tenders / Quotations of the Security Control Services / Maintenance Services of Court Building of the whole Malaysia are finalized at least two (2) months before the commencement of the service;
  13. Ensure that the needs of the Department's equipment and supplies are adequate and meet the requirements of each Division within a period of at least seven (7) days; and
  14. Ensure that the office vehicles are in good condition and maintained in accordance with the prescribed procedures and fair treatment to officers using the official vehicle of the Department.
